Meet Shannie!
Hey there, I’m Shannon! Baking has been a passion since I was little. Instead of asking for toys as 12 year old, I wanted a pink Kitchen Aid mixer for Christmas. That very mixer is still used to produce these delicious macarons (along with a new edition, as well!). Shannie is a childhood nickname that my family still uses. When I was about three years old, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and since then I have been gluten free. Finding delicious gluten free desserts and snacks growing up was not easy—so I set out to make them myself. When I discovered that french macarons are naturally gluten free, I was determined to perfect them. Produced in a gluten free kitchen, my macarons are extremely Celiac friendly!
